Anna Abudi (she/her) was raised by her grandmother, an Iraqi Jew who fled Baghdad in the 50s and passed down her passion for storytelling. A Ph.D. chemist residing in Portland, Oregon, Anna draws on her Mizrahi-Jewish heritage and her own experience with OCD for her writing.
